Dear Dr. Snelson:

 

Thank you for your letter of March 7 and the information on your very interesting process to structures and also to atomic problems. My remark on the use of hydrogen like orbitals concerned really the approximate calculation, due to the assumption of a central field. In principal the structure of the hydrogen atom can be calculated as a two body problem and it may be not very necessary to search at this point for new models. However, I am greatly impressed by your scientific curiosity and wish you the best of luck.
